PATERSON, NJ – Tomorrow, October 5 at 11AM, U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) and Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh will lead the celebration marking the completion of phase two of upgrades to Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. Attendees of the event will sit in the newly completed amphitheatre on an embankment facing the Great Falls for a program, which includes a performances by Paterson students from the Paterson Music Project.
