Rep. Pascrell Statement on September 11th Remembrance

U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) released the following statement today on the 12th remembrance of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks:

"Although twelve years have passed since the horrific attacks of September 11th, the memory of those that we lost will never diminish.  Let us pause today to honor the civilians and first responders that gave their own lives assisting others, the strength of the victims and their families that continue to serve as a beacon of hope, and the heroism of the brave soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice to defend this great nation.  The selfless sacrifice that occurred both on that day and in the days that immediately followed is a testament to the resolve of the American people.  On this day of remembrance, let us reconnect to that same sense of unity that helped bring this country together as one."
